Hans came to Beer City USA as a brewer for one of the Top 10 breweries in the area. He has always been passionate about real estate and all the things associated with it. Brewing requires attention to detail in every process and the same can be said for real estate. Personal care and attention has been Hans' trade for almost a decade and it is the dedication he brings to all his real estate dealings. The personal nature of the real estate business is what Hans finds most appealing about the industry. Getting to know people and helping them solve their issues is a fun and rewarding challenge. 

Hans currently lives in Brevard, NC with his wife Ashley, and their two cats Mortimer and Jenny. In their spare time they enjoy hiking, traveling, sailing, gardening, remodeling and relaxing in these peaceful mountains. Personally, Hans busies himself in his down time with carpentry, reading and linguistics study.
