Fairview

Fairview is located southeast of Asheville in Buncombe County along  Hwy 74A (Charlotte Highway), and is also 16 miles northwest of Lake Lure, NC.

Fairview offers a wide variety of housing options in a rural setting.  There are newer high-end subdivisions, brick ranchers, contemporaries, condos, and traditional farmhouses with large lots.  There are also plenty of scenic views in Fairview – from rolling pastures to long and short range mountain views. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to enjoy out in the country, Fairview has it.

Fairview offers a few restaurants and grocers, but beyond that residents would need to travel into Asheville.  A strong school district is another draw and Reynolds High School sports are very popular in the area.  Outdoor adventure also awaits in Fairview with the Blue Ridge Parkway close by.
