I recently toured a home with a client and noticed most of the things I am about to mention!
1) Play soothing or soft music, it was really quite nice hearing some ambient music playing in the background.
2) Create appealing aromas, keep it mild and gentle.
3) Let in the Light, open up those shades and let the light shine it!
4) Keep the temparture comfortable, no need to freeze out the guest or keep it so warm they don't want to stay in the house to see it.
5) Offer a treat, something easy and delicious!
