Just when we thought the market was going to ease up a little this . For a short period of time we saw prices come down a little, lots of price reductions, and little to none "multiple offer" situations. But here we are middle of summer getting back into multiple offer situations and prices going back up some. We are seeing more homes on the market, even though it doesn't quite feel like it. Averge list price and average sales price are still up as well. As much as we'd like to say the market is cooling down, we can safely say that it is not here in the Asheville area.
